Finding Yourself Again

"I know what it feels like to lose yourself."

For years, I struggled with self-doubt, unhealthy patterns, and relationships where my boundaries weren't respected. I gave so much, stayed silent to maintain peace, and felt drained from carrying around wounds & baggage that wasn't mine to hold.

My turning point came during the Pandemic, when I realized enough is enough. Though aware of energy healing, trauma release & holistic practices — when you don't love yourself enough and prioritize others over you — at times not to just stir things up & keep the peace... not ever realizing the cost you are paying is your inner peace. 

You can keep giving & people will keep taking without an ounce of acknowledgement & appreciation because you don't acknowledge & appreciate yourself!

"Nothing or no one can stop this downward spiral unless you want to!"

At the point of self-sabotage I decided to call it off... Nothing at my cost now given enough and now I choose myself first.

Through this journey, I began reclaiming my confidence (though earlier I was never short of it) drawing clear boundaries (the boundaries disappear when to you love, care and respect everyone around you except yourself!) and reconnecting with my authentic self.

The best love story & life long romance begins when you fall in love with yourself.

Today I guide others through that same transformation.

I believe every person deserves to feel confident, respected, and at peace within themselves. My work blends energy healing, trauma-informed methods, and holistic tools to help you:
