It quietly chose me.

when logic had no answers, and my soul began whispering for something deeper.

I found myself drawn toward energy, symbols, and silence —

to Tarot cards that spoke in truth,

to crystals that held emotion,

to Reiki that moved energy I couldn’t see but could feel.

What started as curiosity became medicine.

What healed me… became my purpose.

I don’t “fix” anyone.

I simply help them remember what I remembered too —

That the answers were never outside.

They were always within.

We just needed a way back to them.

And that is why I created Free & Aligned — The Peacefully Powerful Practice.

Not to change who you are, but to guide you home to who you’ve always been.
