(Hold between your palms or place near your forehead during reflection)
1. Arrival & Intention (1 min)
Sit quietly with your eyes closed. Gently bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows (the brow center). You can touch it lightly with a finger to focus, then return your hand to your lap.
Whisper to yourself:
“I am arriving in this moment. I trust my inner sight.”
Take one deep breath in through the nose, slow exhale through the mouth. Relax the muscles of your forehead and behind your eyes.
2. Intuitive Space Breath (2 min)
Breathe in slowly for 4 counts, hold for 2, exhale for 6.
As you breathe, imagine inhaling space and clarity straight into the center of your mind.
With every breath out, dissolve mental clutter, overthinking, worry, and confusion.
With every breath in, awaken your inner knowing, insight, and a higher perspective.
3. Energy Activation (3 min)
Visualize a deep, luminous indigo light pulsing behind your forehead.
As it glows with quiet, steady clarity, chant softly or internally:
OM... OM... OM...
Feel the mind settle into profound silence. Let the indigo light expand your awareness beyond your immediate physical surroundings.
Let your energy body whisper:
“I see clearly. I honor my intuition. I am guided by inner wisdom.”
4. Journaling Prompts (2 min)
Write in your journal (or reflect silently if you’re short on time):
What is my intuition or "gut feeling" trying to tell me right now about a current situation?
Where am I allowing overthinking to override my inner knowing?
What grander vision am I ready to manifest for my life?
5. Closing & Affirmation (2 min)
Bring your hands into a prayer position at your chest, or rest them gently on your lap.
Say aloud or write:
“I am deeply rooted in universal wisdom. I trust the guidance of my inner vision in all that I do.”
Smile softly, open your eyes, and take one last steady breath before stepping into your day—insightful, clear-minded, and wise.
Love and light
