🌿 Preparation (2–3 min)

Sit comfortably in a quiet, sacred space.

Ground your energy — visualize roots growing from your feet into the Earth.

Light a candle or hold a crystal (Clear Quartz, Selenite, or Amethyst).

Take 3 slow, deep breaths.

✨ Step 1 – Activate the Merkaba Light Body

 Imagine a golden pyramid of light pointing upward around you (divine masculine).

 Now see a silver-white pyramid pointing downward (divine feminine).

 Together they form a Star Tetrahedron – your Merkaba.

 Begin to breathe light into the center of your heart.

 With each inhale, the pyramids spin faster, surrounding you with shimmering light.

Feel yourself inside a sphere of divine energy — balanced, centered, and safe.

Affirm:

 “I am surrounded by light. I am balanced in divine love and wisdom.”

🔮 Step 2 – Identify and Sense the Energetic Cords

Bring to mind a person, situation, or memory that feels heavy or draining.

Without judgment, sense where the energetic cord connects to your body.

(heart, solar plexus, throat, etc.)

Place your hand gently over that area.

Affirm:

 “I honor this connection for what it has taught me. I now release it with love.”

🌙 Step 3 – Call in Higher Light

Visualize a column of golden-white light descending from above your head through your crown, filling your entire Merkaba field.

Feel the energy becoming brighter and purer with every breath.

Invite Archangel Michael, your guides, or pure Source energy to assist you.

⚔️ Step 4 –Energetic Cord Cutting

See a sword or beam of light appear before you — radiant, gentle, and powerful.

With love in your heart, cut or dissolve the cord connecting you to the person or situation.

Watch it transform into light and rise upwards, freeing both souls.

Repeat softly:

“I release all attachments that no longer serve my highest good.

I keep the love, I release the pain.

I am free, and so are they.”

💎 Step 5 – Heal and Seal the Aura

As the cords dissolve, visualize golden light flowing into the spaces they once occupied.

See your entire energy field glowing, radiant and whole.

The spinning Merkaba now seals your aura in a shield of light and protection.

Affirm:

 “My energy is my own. I am safe, clear, and aligned with my higher self.”

Feel your Merkaba gently spin around you, harmonizing your chakras and raising your vibration.

Connect your light upward to Source and downward to Earth — becoming a bridge of peace and power.

Place your hands over your heart and whisper:

Take a deep breath and gently open your eyes.
